2. Services & Pricing
xRayvn provides the following services:

• Raven Nightwatch – a market analysis service delivered within 24 hours.
• Raven Flow – monthly subscriptions for strategic competitor intelligence briefs, offered under the Brief, Growth, and Mastery plans.
• The Raven's Strategy (also referred to as Strategic Brief) – a one-shot strategic intervention with action plans up to 12 months.

Plan details, features, and prices are displayed on the website at xrayvn.com at the time of purchase.

Prices are subject to change at our sole discretion; changes will not affect active subscriptions.

3. Order & Acceptance
By selecting a plan or service and completing payment via Stripe, you expressly accept these Terms. Order confirmation and service activation are communicated via email.

At checkout, you must explicitly acknowledge that you request immediate performance of the Service and that you have reviewed the features of the selected plan or service.

4. Payment & Currency
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. The billing currency is fixed at the time of your initial purchase and applies to all subsequent automatic renewals.

For subscriptions, automatic monthly charges will continue until cancelled. Failed payments will result in immediate suspension of the Services.

5. Cancellation & Refunds
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle via your Stripe dashboard, through the cancellation links in our communications, or by contacting us via email.

No refunds will be issued for partial months or for any brief already delivered. As digital services are consumed immediately upon delivery, refunds are not applicable once a report has been provided. The right of withdrawal lapses upon delivery of the first strategic brief or, for Raven Nightwatch, upon completion of the analysis.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you expressly request and acknowledge that xRayvn begins the performance of the Service immediately upon payment.

You expressly agree to lose your right of withdrawal once the delivery of the first strategic brief has begun, in the case of The Raven's Strategy or Raven Flow, or, in the case of Raven Nightwatch, once the analysis has been completed and delivered.

This clause applies to all subscribers and clients, regardless of jurisdiction or consumer status.

7. Liability & Disclaimer
Briefs and analyses are based on publicly available data and are for strategic and informational purposes only. xRayvn does not guarantee specific business outcomes.

You are solely responsible for all decisions made based on the Services. xRayvn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property & Third Parties
All briefs, scores, analyses, Raven Nightwatch reports, and any other generated content remain the intellectual property of xRayvn until full payment is received.

xRayvn is not affiliated with RAYVN, Team Rayvn, or any other "Rayvn" brand. Our focus is competitive intelligence, not operational analytics or crisis management.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.

For consumers, the competent court is your place of residence. For business customers, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of Pordenone (Italy).

The European ODR platform is available at ec.europa.eu/odr.

10. Language
These Terms are provided in English and Italian. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
